22oz bottle into a teku. At least 5 years old.
Looks good. Glowing hazy orange amber body. Small white head quickly shrinks to a small ring, no lacing.
Very neutral aroma, hard to pick anything.
On tasting, quite sour, a little tart, somewhat funky. Some fruit notes. Any ipa aspect is hard to find as obviously over time the hops have faded away.
Mouth medium, finish initially fruity becoming tart and sour later.
Overall, saison aspects now dominant over the hoppy sour ipa it was brewed to be. Still a decent drink though.

750 ml. bottle.
As per label:
"Tart Wild India Pale Ale
Bottle Conditioned"
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a hazy golden body with some lacing. Nose of citrus, hay, and slight funk. Taste mirrors nose somewhat, with a finish of grapefruit. Good feel, although it flattens out a bit too soon.
Overall, a fairly decent sour IPA.
Cheers!
