Pours a pale amber with hints of copper and a white head that quickly disapates.
Smells of sour yeast, woody wine, and earthy hops.
Taste is yeasty bread and sour wine with notes of tart cherry and tart grapes up front.
In the back end notes of green grass, rhubarb, and ammonia develop. This is aged in wine barrels and is very complex and interesting. It taste like grandma got drunk while making rhubarb pie.
