12oz pour at Tap & Crowler in Shibuya.
Pours clear gold, dense 1.5cm head, moderate carbonation. Smell is light lager, lemon, bread yeast, bakery. Taste is substantially more interesting than aroma. Double down on the grains, but more grain than bread. Well-named echo of flowers and honey. Surprisingly sturdy bitter backbone propping it all up. Mouthfeel is soft, fluffy. Overall, very nice beer.
