Extremely pale – one of the 'whitest' white beers I've seen, with a faint haze and a large, creamy head. Aroma is almost pure yuzu peel, with a little coriander and a hint of freshly baked bread and a strawberry bubblegum note as well. Really fantastic.
The yuzu flavor is more subdued than its aroma, but that may be for the best. Essentially this is a very well made classic witbier with its light flavors of bread dough, coriander, and bubblegum but an added point of interest from the yuzu, which, if you've never had it before, is quite something. A mix of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and pine resin. This is also possibly the silkiest feeling witbier I've had, really smooth and creamy, but nice and dry in the end. Yes. This is a really good one. I do wish for a touch more acidity or extra hop bitterness to counteract the creaminess, but that's a minor thing. This is a very, very delicious beer.

Had this on tap at Vivo! in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Poured into a UK pint glass. Cloudy pale orange with a thick white head. Amazing yuzu lemon scent and hops. Sweet and sour brew that stays in the throat. Smell stays fresh for the life of the brew. Goes extremely well with a salmon salad. Strong alcohol for a fruit beer. Overall, a high-quality fruit beer if you are into lemon and sour flavors. Even tasted it hours later in my throat! Amazing memories made from this one!
