Delphi calls this a Triple; but at 6.5%, it lacks malt. However, they do have hops... so I agree to a Belgian IPA designation if someone wants to change it.

What this ale does is Look good (nice foam, but a touch hazy for the style.) Smell is yeast-driving malt into fruit. But... bitter hops come in too strong for this to pair well with food; which BPAs should do. All-consuming bitter after-taste. So many hops that all the yeast at the bottom of the bottle goes wasted. Belgians are hard to copy and hops are not a substitute.

So my advice is to drink this Delphi (particularly if you are a hop-head) and enjoy this Greek home brewer who is trying to get to the next level. (No apparent website and I just added their third beer to BA.) But, good luck to Elixi !
