Draft at Dove's, maybe a 10-12 oz. serving in a tumbler glass.
Bright gold, visible carb trails, thin layer of white foam and spotty minimal lace.
Aroma was nondescript, swirling brought out a little white wine and lacto aromas.
Bright fruity tartness, minor white wine traces in the taste, otherwise clean and wheaty. This is an ok iteration, though I prefer the Yuzu personally.
Super crisp and quenching, dry finish. Would have been perfect for a summer day but paired well with a giant brisket taco in January.
