This our second version of Nowy saison. This beer is composed of a two mixed fermentation saisons aged in wine barrels from 1-2 years. Sticking with a similar profile from our first blend, this mix fermentation beer offers a nice funky complexity while highlighting the bold fruit forward flavors of the Brett. Heavy notes of ripe pineapple and tropical fruit on the nose, with fresh white peaches and pineapple dominating the pallet. Tart, funky and delicious. Try it now-y!

Since I couldn't figure out how to include Notes when adding the beer, this is from Marz website:

Purchased at Beer Temple. Review to come as I have to run to dinner (outside) and share.
Review: I've decided a Brett aficionado should make the first review. I like tart done well. But the best I can say is that Nowy #2 crosses the line from tart into sour... or at least, it is too tart to enjoy with food.
I like Marz. A solid community micro that gives back big-time.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
