Fermented fruit, flower honey on nose. Honey and bitterness on palate with strong alcohol backbone. Slight tart, sweet bitter finish.

Look - pours a clear golden amber with a one-finger creamy white head that has nice retention and some spotty lacing.
Smell - citrus, pine, and floral hop aromas hit hardest, as well as earthy clove yeast, and I'm getting some slight notes of caramel and bready malts, along with some honey now that it's warmed up.
Taste - hops overpower the flavor profile, but the earthy yeast forms a nice backbone to the overall character. It finishes with notes of sweet honey mixed with that yeast.
Feel - good carbonation, medium body, dry, very smooth.

Poured into a Duvel tulip. No freshness date.
A- Pours a medium amber color with a 1/2 inch off-white head that retains well before becoming a thin ring around the edge of the glass and a half sheet of sheer surface foam. Semi-resilient lacing leaves tiny clots behind.
S- Nice bright Belgian yeast aroma that's got that bubble gum thing going on.
T- Flavor follows the aroma with more bubble gum-like flavor that's sweet but not overly so. This is very yeast-driven as there's not much else going on besides some spice and a bit of earthiness that's likely still the yeast's doing. Slight hop bitterness, very slight malt balance. The honey only really shows up in the aftertaste and is again joined by more spicy yeast.
M- Tangy with medium carbonation and a lightish body.
O- Pretty cut and dry Belgian Strong but well-made. Very easy to drink and quite refreshing.

Came in an oversized wine glass a hazed tangerine-like color with a large fluffy white head that settled very slowly.Citrus and grassy hops stood out most in the nose along with mild yeasty phenols.Bright it stays quite dry and earthy into the finish, citrus and tropical fruits on the palate with a dry toasted grain backbone,.Not at all sweet for how "big" this beer is,a well made hoppy tripel here.
