Pours a nice burgendy red when held to the light, minimal head
Aroma is vinagar LJS type, good tart fruit notes with nice wood notes. Even though tart is first recognized this one has a good sweet middle.
Taste is like the nose, tart notes vinegar isn't as strong on the palette. Good fruit notes and major sweetness in the middle with nice wood is sweet, then dry with tart returning for the finish. Very drinkable not as overly tart as some Flanders atleast for me I like it,e worried if I could drink a 750ml by myself.
Mouhfeel is light, crisp but carbonation is not peppy really more mellow.
Overall I like this, not sure if it's all according to stlye, this isn't as tart as some Flanders but it's very nice and drinkable.
