@ Haw River
Black with a creamy looking head that settles down to a fine ring around the edge. Malty aroma with some delicate aromatic spices, light coffee roast, and berries. Pretty tasty, malty flavor again features a smooth, inoffensive spiciness and coffee sweetness. Not much from the pumpkin really, but the coffee is also held in check, so the result is an enjoyable, seasonal porter that’s not too flashy. Creamy-smooth, medium-light body with a neat, drying finish that increases drinkability.
