Had on tap yesterday at the brewery.Poured into a goblet a hazed deep orange/amber with thinner off white head atop.Floral and leafy hops in the nose with a light toast. Not in your face citrus and/or piney hops on the palate but more juicy fruitiness, there is mild pine in the finish,a dryer crisp malt base.A different hop profile wich was pretty cool.

@ Haw River
Hazy amber bodied with a super-sticky head that doesn't fall below a solid topping of creamy bubbles. Aroma is softly malty joining some citrus oils and perfumy orange blossoms. Tastes well-balanced, but not particularly malty - instead leaning on orange-like hop oils, soft floral notes, and a juicy sweetness. Despite nearing DIPA strength, I never would have guess this was 8.1%. Fluffy feel, never sticky or heavy. Mellow when compared to most modern IPAs, but still well-crafted.
