@ Haw River
Served in a little snifter, appears hazy yellow with a thick, mousse-like head that fades to a bubbly ring. Aromas of dusty, floral Brett, cracked wheat, dough, and a laid-back creamy brandy note. Flavor seems to hold on to the base beer nicely with the pale malt and doughy sweetness, but an added slight lemony tartness, white wine, honey, and apples. Feels creamy and fluffy, yet crisp in the finish.
