A "French style" pale ale wich I thought before trying would be a biere de garde but after trying I think fit more into an American pale category.Poured a bright sunshine color with a sticky bone white head.A big shot of floral hops with a bit of overripe citrus fruit, some toasted grain in there as well.Bright fruity hops with some yeasty notes on the palate, some mild sweetness and toast ed grain from the malts. An interesting beer without a a true category.
