@ Haw River
Appears black with some permanent bubbly cream on the surface. Light Bourbon-like vanilla and wood aromas on some chocolate syrup. Flavors of mellow woody Bourbon, black malt char, chocolate, and dark plum and cherry-like fruits. Smooth and cushy feel, yet light and easy drinking. Solid – not your typical 2015 BBA stout as it’s not pushing any limits. Restrained Bourbon, moderate with the alcohol, and not terribly sweet.
