Appearance: Arrives hazy and golden colored with a modest head atop; a few strands of lacing are left behind
Smell: Vegetal aromatics with orange citrus and a whiff of sourness
Taste: Lactic sour tones, at the outset, with just a touch of the vegetal flavors from the adjuncts underneath; orange pith builds, through the middle, and lingers through the dry finish
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: Another one of those beers that show the ABV doesn't have to be high to deliver a wallop of flavor

@ Haw River
Hazy deep golden hue with a small pure-white head of tight-bubbled cream that sticks pretty well. Smells initially like an orange creamsicle, but there’s a deeper juicy-fresh tartness to the citrus that quickly becomes more apparent. Flavor is largely orange juice sweetness upfront with some light flower blossoms and a tart acidity. Pretty light in the mouth and drying – a persistent pucker along the gum line. Interesting this was brewed with various earthy veggies, but the orange zest dominates (in a good way) and plays very well with the sour aspects. Quite tasty…
