@ Haw River
Clear burnished copper under a small white head that quickly settles to a few bubbly patches. Aroma features some mellow smoked wood mixing with a leathery Brett character and a little sticky caramel. Tastes like a balanced blend of Brett and light smoke along with some toasty sweetness and a flowery, spicy finish. Light bodied and nicely drying. Not a big meaty smoke flavor – would be good in larger volumes with food.
