Pours a translucent dark yellow with quickly dissipating white head. Nose is a pleasant mix of peaches and funk from the brett, but is somewhat understated. Peaches really come through on the taste as well, with a little oaky funk followed by an almost lactic tang at the finish. Mouthfeel is appropriate for the style - a little prickly and well-carbonated. An inspired and pleasant take on the style.
