Cloudy, juicy looking yellow body with a small white head that shrinks to a thin ring. Spicy, flowery Belgian yeast coated with punchy, fruity hops. Orange rind, passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon and lime zest. Delicious hoppy flavor, the Saison elements are pushed to the background....a variety of juicy, pulpy citrus fruits and flowers. A little husky grain on the back-end adds a necessary rustic touch. Medium-light bodied, light on carbonation. Definitely crossing into Belgian IPA territory. Vibrant and refreshing!
