@ Haw River
Slightly hazy orange hue with a small white ring of cream on the surface. Aromas of cherries, peppercorns, orange juice, lemon, and mild Belgian yeast with an airy wooden spice element. Cherry and orange fruitiness in the flavor upfront, a light woody tequila note on the finish. Belgian yeast is pretty tame, lending a little bubblegum to the peppery citrus flavors. Medium-light bodied and soft with a dry finish. The tequila is subtle and fruity sweetness is held in check. Nicely composed, as usual.
