I wanted to like this beer so much. Unfortunately, it honestly tastes and smells like nail polish remover to me. It truly is awful.

From the can, it pours a very dark brown with a light brown head that lasts a while. A bit of coffee, rum and eggnog in the nose, followed by a sweetish flavor of coffee and some eggnog. Odd, but flavorful!

This is a beer that sounds to me like it should be awesome. The description is milk stout with lactose, nutmeg, vanilla beans, coffee, and aged in rum barrels for eight months. But just fails to come together in anything cohesive and spectacular. It’s not a bad beer, And definitely gets points for creativity, but just falls a little short for me. Glad I tried it though (being a fan of eggnog), but not good enough for me to want to grab anymore

Nice black stout with a tan head that leaves a few globs of lacing. The aroma is as advertised, coffee, rum and eggnog spices. The taste is sweet and tangy with nice bitter coffee and the lingering taste of the eggnog spices that has a nice aftertaste of rum and oak. This is a pretty good holiday stout.
