Appearance - Pours dark muddy brown color with thin off white head that dissipates to a thin cap, not much lacing.
Aroma - Boozy nose, picking up the apple brandy, a hint of the peppers mixed with the cinnamon. Little bit of the barrel but not much nice balanced aroma.
Taste - The apple brandy is big in the taste right up front. peppers, cinnamon, plum and raisin, just a touch of sweetness and smoke.
Feel - Medium bodied well carbonated nice amount of heat throughout.
Overall - As it warms the apple brandy really works well other flavors, smooth easy drinking quad.

Thank you Dragginballs76 for this
750 ml bottle poured into a goblet
A- Brown with ruby red highlights and a small light tan head.
S- Smelled boozy as I poured it but after letting it sit for a minute the nose really opens up. Apple brandy, cinnamon, dark fruits, touch of earthiness, hints of peppers and smoke. Huge nose and balanced.
T- Guajillo and hadanero peppers, cinnamon, dark fruits, some smoke, mildly earthy, apple brandy barrel adds a nice touch to this.
M- Smooth, medium to full body.
O- A good amount of the Quad base is lost to the barrel, peppers and cinnamon, but that’s not a bad thing. It seems like the base is a good Quad and everything added to this does enhance the flavors of this beer.
