Look: It pours golden with a bit of haze. Head retention is low.
Smell: It has aromas of lemon and cucumber. The are some herbal elements with earthen funk.
Taste: It has strong cucumber flavors with dough. There are earthen funk notes. There are herbal qualities and a low sour pickle quality.
Feel: It has a medium low body with moderate tart notes in the finish.
Overall, it's really hard to describe this because it is unlike any beer I've had before. Unique with cucumbers, that are not overdone, turning into pickles with saison qualities.
