Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a one finger head that fizzes away like a soda; dotty lacing
Smell: Green apple, tart cherry, red wine grape and oak tones; smells tart
Taste: Acetic and slightly lactic, from the outset, with the chokeberry (green apple, red wine grape and tart cherry is as close as I can get to describing that) flavors emerging; oaky, through the middle, with a tart but slightly sweet finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body but rather flat
Overall: Four years in the bottle may have impacted the carbonation but the flavor is quite interesting and enjoyable
