A: dark black with a coffee and cream colored Brien head, a number of small frog eyes float in the creamy head.
S; caramel, brown sugar, and oak. There is a little sweetness in the finish that might be short bread.
T: oak with maple, short bread, and scotch whisky. The finish is long with notes of clove.
M: medium bodied, somewhat lower carbonation, and a sticky sweet finish.
O: overall a really lovely stout.
