Served out of a can here in Kansas City, picked it up because it was a new Brewery here in MO. Need to watch your filtering / canning as my first can has hops floating around in it. Hopefully, the next cans are cleaner!
They state they are going for a more traditional IPA style and I would say, this is a good example. Not too aggressive but a good brew. Just need to watch the hop floaters. Slow down boys!

Pours a clear, gold color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of pale malt, roasted malt, slight sweet malt, slight yeast, earthy hops, and a hint of alcohol. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of earthy malt, pale malt, earthy hops, slight sweet malt, citrus hops, and a hint of alcohol. Overall, not a bitter or citrusy IPA, more of a Belgian IPA with the strong earthy flavors and aromas.

A - Poured out a slightly hazy, golden color with a small head of foam.

S - It smelled of pine, citrus and sweet caramel malts.

T - Sweet caramel and toffee. Light bitter piney/citrusy bite.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale.

O - This is a nice IPA at a good price.
