Aged in DogMaster Distillery Bourbon Barrels. On draft at the brewery. Poured out a dark, burgundy color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of bourbon, oak, vanilla, toffee and biscuity malt. Sweet toffee and caramel taste with a bourbon backbone of vanilla & oak.
