Canned May 19th, 2017. Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a semi-murky to pale sort of orange color with a film of a little white foamy head that glistened and slid off into oblivion. Really not too much lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of bold up front orange rind to juicy qualities flowing sharply over some light rye sweet and spicy features. Light grassiness and a touch of floral arrangements slide in for an absolutely awesome balance all around.
The flavor was an absolutely fantastic blend of sweet floral to rye to grassy to the orange juice and rind-like bitterness. Aftertaste was a smooth sweet to bitter and juicy quality.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a great sessionability about it. Carbonation felt great. ABV felt pretty good too.
Overall, damn nice rye beer or AIPA or whatever this is supposed to be, some sort of blend I guess.
