On tap at Peg's. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Inky black. Nice khaki head. Doesn't last., though.
Smell - Rye whiskey and deep intense roasted malt. Smells like coffee.
Taste - Sharp whiskey. Rich black chocolate. Oaky. Vanilla. Coffee roasted bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Heavy and boozy, but worth the flavor it delivers.
Overall - One of my favorites of the day. Glad I got a taste of this at the end of the day.
