Thanks Sonny!
A- Midnight oil black to a snifter from the bomber. Deep mocha head has a fluffy texture and falls to belt at the edge leaving spotty lace.
S- A cycle BA stout for sure. Cookies and cocoa and bourbon and vanilla and coffee and oak. Balances out well and summed up as a Bourbon chocolate chip cookie.
T- Vanilla from the barrels juts out immediately and in the end marshmallow really comes to mind. In the end that toasty sugar vanilla sweet aspect runs the beer. Balancing that out to a good degree is cocoa powder, coffee grounds, deeply toasted caramel, booze, spicy whisky, brownies, chocolate chip cookies, toasted nuts and a nutty medium roast espresso.
MF- Thick and oily heavy body. A medium-high carbonation and it finishes rather warm.
Toasted, roasted and marshmallowy sugars make up the driving force of the beer and the barrels help balance things out with whiskey spice and vanilla sweets.
