L:. Pours a thick dark black with a small tan head and no lacing on the glass.

S:. Some caramel, cherry, vanilla come from the bourbon come first followed by a medium roast earthy coffee. Coffee is a little less forward then expected.

T:. Sweet chocolate, notes of caramel, some vanilla, a note of bourbon and noticeable booze followed by a pleasant lighter coffee aroma.

F:. Slick oily larger body.

O:. Sweet and decadent, coffee is lighter but pleasant

Loads of great barrel on the nose; notes of sweet dark fruit, oak, & undertones of medium roast coffee. Good viscosity, w/ the palate a little more coffee-heavy. It’s balanced nicely by robust notes of dark chocolate, finishing warm & boozy. Really good.

Jet black body sporting a thin yet creamy light brown head. Heady aroma filled with earthy delights; cocoa, vanilla, muted esters; dull roasted grain notes; weak coffee. Complex taste profile; cocoa, milk chocolate, cherries; mocha and coffee; shaded elements of alcohol. Heavy body; velvety and warm; sludgy; big residual sugar presence.

This beer brings a huge and diversified sensory experience to the table. The coffee element is fairly subdued but not completely hidden. The entire taste element is rich and luxurious, very diverse. This is also mirrored in the mouthfeel. Bold and complex, intense yet with a mellow note, extremely enjoyable.

Midnight thick black bod with a brown head. Bourbon, wood, coffee, chocolate fudge, and slight caramel in the nose. Bourbon, molasses, and a huge caramel note emerges to carry the taste up to the fudgy coffee with accents of shaved cocoa and wood. Feel is the cycle trademark: fudgy, thick, warm, and heavy.

On draft at Cycle Brewing poured into a Cycle snifter on March 10, 2020.

Look- A nice dark black with a thin tan head which faded quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass.

Smell- Chocolate and coffee are the most dominant aromas. A little more barrel as it warmed.

Taste- An excellent coffee with chocolate and some vanilla. Much more coffee as it warmed.

Feel- Light carbonation with a fantastic left over coating.

Overall- Excellent coffee stout with a great blending of flavors.
