Brownish black body with a slight ring. Smell has cinnamon and hazelnut as promised, with a bourbon, caramel, and malty support. Taste is much the same, some cocoa but thins out quickly. Feel is thin for cycle and in general, hotter with booze, and general sweetness. Has sugared roasted nuts adjuncts, which I love, but not much else. Good but not great

This delicious barrel-aged stout is heavy on the cinnamon, so it would be great to pair with some fresh fruit. The color is black with no head. It has a strong smell of cinnamon, hazelnuts, chocolate, bourbon, and vanilla. The taste is very strong with cinnamon. I grabbed an apple after a couple sips to balance it out. The flavor also features hazelnuts and cinnamon. The mouthfeel was light carbonation, very smooth, and it coats the tongue with a strong cinnamon aftertaste. Overall, this beer is very delicious, and is very cinnamon-forward. I will likely finish the bottle in multiple sittings, as the cinnamon flavor is quite strong.

On tap at Cycle Brewing poured into a Cycle snifter on March 10, 2020.
Look- A dark black with next to no head. No real lacing.
Smell- Nice barrel aroma and some hazelnut. Reminded me of a hazelnut mix coffee.
Taste- Cinnamon was really up front which I did not expect. The barrel was rather faint, but the chocolate-vanilla blend was really great.
Mouthfeel- Light carbonation and it lingers on the tongue. The cinnamon aftertaste was a little much for me.
Overall- Another solid stout from Cycle Brewing. I am not a huge cinnamon fan so that took a little away for me. If you like cinnamon, you will love this stout.
