L: Clear, golden with foaming carbonation and a full, creamy head.
S: Grassy and clean.
T: Sweet and bready with light citrus, a gentle bitterness and a herbal aftertaste.
F: Soft, smooth and nicely oily.
O: An excellent pilsner with an unusual hop bill for the style. Refreshing and tasty with a rich mouthfeel. Would like to try this on keg.
