This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate, oak spice, coffee, creamy vanilla, and cake frosting.
This definitely has more barrel than typical for Cycle, which I definitely love. It’s more hazelnut than vanilla, but both are there and well done. It’s got a great barrel char and oaky character, with some light bourbon notes.
This is medium bodied, pretty creamy, with a nice drinkability and slight boozy heat.
I haven’t had much Cycle lately, but it appears that they still got it.

Pitch black pour with a brown ring and surface islands. Big hazelnut, decent vanilla and oak, supporting baker’s chocolate and booze in nose. Taste is even more hazelnut forward, surprisingly shallow though otherwise, barrel is limited, chocolate and vanilla are there to finish with hazelnut. Feel is warm and dry, but again thinner than expected, roast builds as you go down the glass, slowly overwhelming the nuttiness. Would have again in a small dose, but the whole bottle is a bit of a chore
