3 year aged imperial stout with maple, toasted and untoasted coconut and Panther coffee (double the amount of coffee we typically have used). Contains floaties.

Pitch black body with a brown cap that quickly fades. Honestly this is exactly as you expect: maple, coffee, coconut, chocolate, barrel, in that order of intensity. Melded all together beautifully. Better delivery in the nose, especially since the backend of taste is weird: creme brûlée and caramel but weird earthy twang with raw coconut, almost hazelnut like. Feel is viscous, smooth, warm, and chewy.

First of the Cycle weekly 2022’s I’ve had. Dark, mild head and lacing, little coconut flake floaters. Strong maple and coffee smells over roasted malt. Very adjunct forward, strong maple presence, slight coffee background. Sticky, thick, syrupy, boozy. Good, but not great.
