Poured gently from a bottle into a snifter glass, almost zero head at all, just a tiny bit of lacing. Intense brown/black color. The smell is delicious bourbon with notes of peanut butter and hazelnut. The taste is a background of bourbon with peanut butter forward and hazelnut towards the end. Very well balanced it sweet, as expected. Just barely thick bodied with very light carbonation. Extremely good dessert stout.
