Aged for 3 years in Woodford Reserve barrels and then aged for an additional 2 years in Prichard's barrels, this variant adds cacao and marshmallow.

Poured from a 22oz bomber into a Courtyard & Cellar mini snifter. Pours a thick and oily black with virtually no foam head. Strong barrel but even stronger chocolate on the nose. Taste offers what the nose does with vanilla and even some graham cracker. I totally get a s’mores vibe with this one. Full mouthfeel. Amazing variant on the five year-aged stout. Never gets too sweet. The barrel is there but doesn’t overpower the base beer or flavor additives. Excellent.
