Pours a pure onyx black and settles that color in the glass, underneath a sudsy mocha colored head that dissipates quickly. Beautiful BA imperial stout.
The nose is an immediate sledgehammer of bourbon, with some accompanying oak, and a rich fudgy chocolate, a bit of roasty malt, and some stone fruit. Wow.
The bourbon plays two positions on the taste, with a distinct booziness on the taste and a substantial alcohol warming at the back of the palate. The fudgy chocolate , roasty malt, and the stone fruit fill in the middle of the flavor profile in a most delicious way.
The mouthfeel is rich and on the creamy side, fitting this world class BA imperial stout perfectly.

Pours deep, rich dark brown. Aroma is complex and well balanced combination of chocolate, bourbon, oak and roastiness. Taste follows nose but more intense. The milk chocolate flavor is strong and balanced with the bourbon, cocoa, sugar and hint of dark fruits. Medium+ mouthfeel. Incredible stout.
