nothing especially distinctive but good stuff. Hoppy without much malt, but well balanced. Mouth feel full with the right amount carbonation. Look forward to drinking again when I'm next on Evanston/

Pleasant easy drinker. Some hope tones on a malt base. Could be better but definitely a faithful beer to sip with food.

Served on draft in English pint glass.

A: dark golden yellow color. Nice head and lacing. Nicely carbonated.

S: somewhat sweet scent. Not as piney or grassy as a traditional IPA.

T: Hoppy, but not as aggressive as some IPAs. Hoppy flavor dies down as it goes down the throat.

M: medium bodied. Pronounced hops in the front and gradually dissipates towards the back.

Overall: very good beer. A good starter beer for those who want to get an introduction to IPAs.
