600 mL bottle. Almost black body with not much of a head. Smells of dark chocolate, smokey, heavy roasted malt, and some of the algarrobina lends some dark sugars. Taste a little sweet up front. Pepper comes through here and builds into the finish. Smoked malt and dark chocolate combine to give a strong bitter finish. Medium body. Low carbonation. Pretty good, especially by Peruvian beer standards.
