Just as the name states, this Pilsner is brewed to withstand the myriad of beer consumers. Respected by beer geeks, and loved by ‘light’ beer drinkers, this lager caters to all pallets. Patience must be exercised during this delicate brewing process which takes over double the time as a typical ale. Only the finest Noble hops are used to balance the slightly grainy malt profile. Lager yeast creates a crisp, dry finish that leaves your pallet refreshed and wanting more.

16oz can stamped 691 05/21/23 poured into a becher glass at fridge temp 4.7% ABV per can label. The beer pours mostly bright, light golden yellow with off white head. The head recedes to a rocky cap and leaves spots of lacing behind. The aroma is mild with crisp pale malt and floral hops. The taste is bittersweet pale malt with slight minerality and firm finishing floral bitterness. Straight forward, yet crisp and tasty. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, very, very good.

This was better than I was expecting given the rating. It has some nice hops and malt. Light and easy drinking but a slight bite to it. Purists will say it is too hoppy but I like it.

Great beer! After trying this back and forth between all the local pilsners I can get a growler fill of, in my opinion this is the best Indianapolis pilsner for growler fills.
$7.60 something on Wednesdays, this is a heck of a deal for four pints.
I felt like the brewery described the beer quite well so I'll just include that here:
"Noble hops from the famous Hallertau region unite with Czech Saaz hops giving this beer a pleasantly spicy hop flavor that compliments the malt beautifully. Authentic German lager yeast is key to a well-made Pilsner beer. Low temperatures and extended fermentation and conditioning time is crucial to achieve the delicate balance of subtle flavors found in this style of beer."
Delicious.

12oz brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
Perfect golden clarity, decent head that ends up being that white lacing that never goes away. Herbal, spicy, sweet grassy nose from the hops and malt. Just enough crispness, bread crust and crackers with a mellow hop bitterness to balance. Spicy and herbal with earthy and grassy undertones. Clean throughout, lots of flavor within each sip. Very enjoyable.

On tap into a pilsner glass
A - Beer arrived at the table with a light foamy head that was 2 fingers in height and dissipated slowly. Head was a bright white in color. Beer itself is clear and a light straw in color with high carbonation based on many bubbles racing towards the surface. 4/5
S - Surprisingly I smell grapefruit almost right away. There is also a bit of noble hops, light cereal grains, and white bread. There is minimal sweetness and the aroma is quite hoppy, even for a pilsner. 3.5/5
T - Cheerios and its accompanying sweetness come out on the palate straight away with a bit of malty graininess as well as light toasted malt and white bread. Noble and grassy hops are readily present with a very light bitterness that lingers slightly and then disappears. 3.75/5
M - Light bodied, crisp and highly carbonation with a good burn lasting for quite some time on the palate. Lightly drying with a light dryness that lingers on the palate after swallowing. 4/5
O - Luckily more of a sweet flavor than the aroma suggested, this beer is well balanced between sweet, bitter, and earthy. Very light, sessionable, and straightforward, this beer appeals to the Czech Pilsner loving side of me. Flavorful but simple at the same time, which makes for an enjoyable tasting experience. 3.75/5
