Billed as a guava tart ale. Refreshingly tart, fruity sour beer. Hazy golden color. Strong guava aroma was noticeable before the bartender even set the beer in front of me. Taste has tons of guava, a mineral saltiness, light malts, lemon, lime, wheat, lactic acid, and yeast. It is moderately sour, but with some offsetting sweetness. Complex and delicious.
