Had on tap. Very dark brown or light black with a tan cap and lazy lacing. Earthy and smoky roasted malt with dark chocolate and dark roast coffee in smell and taste, with smell being more potent with the supporting elements. Feel is chewy, warm, roasted and malty, a well done version of what you are looking for in a robust porter

This porter just had too much smoke to me. Maybe that is why it has "robust" in the name! Excited that such solid brews are coming out in northern NH. Looking forward to trying out Lone Wolfe 05256 IPA...

Poured from a 22 oz. bottle.
Dark almost black color.
Dark chocolate flavor, nice finish.
Feels good on the tongue, very carbonated.
A very good porter. Would buy it again and look forward to other offerings.

On tap at a brewfest a few months ago.
Dark brown to near black in color with a decent off-white head.
A bold malt aroma with a touch of smoke and sweetness. There is a little coffee in the mix.
Light to medium body.
The taste has a more forward dark malt character with a dash of coffee and a dash of milk chocolate. Sweet finish.
This one will soon be available in bottles once all of the licensing stuff is taken care of. Might be just in time for the 2015 New Year celebrations! This brewery is one to watch.
