On tap at the brewery on December 13, 2014. Drank from a 5 ounce sampler glass.
It has a cloudy, unfiltered yellow pour with a tremendous white -head that sticks around.
There are some pleasant wheat, orange peel, roasted malt, and citrus characters playing up on the nose. But overall the aroma is a tad muted.
Light and refreshing body.
The taste expresses itself more so than the aroma might suggest. Same thing - I get wheat, orange peel, and toasted malts. But there is a clean, crisp hop character that wraps it all together and makes it an easy drinking and highly enjoyable witbier.
