From a crowler acquired at the brewery on June 30, 2017. Sampled the same day.
The pour is a pale yellow-to light golden color with a quick lasting fizzy white head.
I do enjoy the aroma thanks to the Belgian yeast strain they use in this beer. I get a pleasant cracker and toasted bread note right off with some grassy hops playing up in the background. Also a light herbal character.
Light to medium mouthfeel but on the smoother side. Easy to drink.
The beer is toasty and sweet and it ends with a clean, crisp and semi-dry finish. Available only at the brewery I believe. But they will be canning soon for New Hampshire distribution.
