60% American pale malt, 40% American wheat, a bucket full of Abel a hops and a whole bunch of fruit purée! Tons of fruit aroma and flavor, a slight tartness and a refreshing finish.

16 ounce prowler into pint glass, filled on 5/5/5019. Pours moderately hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense, creamy, and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of banana, clove, pepper, herbal, floral, wood, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of cherry juice, fruity/spicy yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart/tangy red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of banana, clove, pepper, herbal, floral, wood, grass, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness; fruit tang/tartness; and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, banana, clove, pepper, herbal, floral, wood, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherry juice, fruity/spicy yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/grainy, and fairly crisp/sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.3%. Overall this is an excellent fruited American pale wheat ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherry juice, fruity/spicy yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp to drink with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Fantastic soft feel. Flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Was expecting more cherry presence, but still had a solid amount. Great balance between juicy cherries, American wheat yeast, and pale/wheat malts; with solid earthy hop presence/balance. Mild residual sweet with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.
