Holy diacetyl, batman. Maybe I just.got a bad batch but it's a complete butter bomb. Seems like there's a good beer underneath if it was cleaned up a bit.

Hazy, copper-orange body; lots of active, small bubble carbonation; thick, lasting, white head. Fair aroma of malt sweetness, mild peppery spiciness; and faint whiffs of citrus. Gentle fruit and rye spiciness throughout the taste; toasted grain notes; nice hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; sticky; tingly on the palate; half-and-half with a heavy sweet and counterbalancing bitterness in the finish.
A nice enough rye IPA. It is a little heavy on the residual sweetness yet has enough rye and hop character to make things good overall.
