Cloudy, dark amber body with a foamy, thick head. Funky, old cabbage aroma; stink foot. Bright, mildly fruity aroma; apple and pear; twinges of vinegar. Weak, watery mouthfeel for the style; coarse and too effervescent; relatively dry finish.
Definitely lacking in malt body and flavor and way too twangy for the style. This beer sample is a non-starter as far as positive recommendations go. It may be a bad bottle, it could be the entire batch is bad. Proceed with caution...
