A crisp West Coast-style IPA brewed with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. This combination creates an aromatic masterpiece with a very mild malt presence.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, pine, caramel and toasted malt. Sweet caramel taste with a strong piney bitterness.

Color was a little too hazy (not clear) for me as a WC style. Amberish color. Nice super bright white head. Thick and gave way to beautiful lacing. Nose was piney, heavy on the pine. Taste was pine and feel was slightly bitter. Nice hang around power for the bitterness on back of palate.

12oz can sent to me from a friend.
No dating on the can. Served in a nonic pint glass.
Look- Fairly hazy golden amber color. Small off-white head that recedes quickly to a thin cap of foam, spotty lacing. Moderate carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Citrus (grapefruit, orange and lemon), peach and melon, caramel malt, light pine and floral/grassy notes.
Taste- Similar to the aroma. Citrus, malt light peach, melon and pine, lingering hoppy bitter finish. Nicely balanced.
Feel- Medium bodied, on the dry side and fairly crisp. Medium carbonation on the tongue.
O- A pretty damn nice IPA overall. In the west coast vein for sure, worth checking out.

Crystal clear amber body; fine, gently rising carbonation; sticky, frothy head. Rather mild scent; a bit peppery. Strong, resinous flavor; pine; heavy hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; very biting on the palate; dry overall but with a slightly hidden sweetness underneath.
This was an impromptu find of mine while visiting a new (to me) local wine and beverage store (Sovreignty Wines off 8th St in Colorado Springs). Overall, this is a well-done West Coast-styled IPA, promoting plenty of hop presence and bitterness. The can lists the ABV at 6.5% vice 7.1% currently displayed under 'BEER INFO'.
