Love this series, poured on tap into shaker nice 1 inch head recedes quickly, epic lacing. Not much to the nose. Clear pale yellow in the glass. Grapefruit bitterness, nice malt and minimal Belgian esters. Great mouthfeel

L: 50/50 clear/cloudy yellow ... pale yellow; has 1-finger head of white foam that is super sticky; keeps a thick collar; plenty of activity in glass keeps about a quarter skin; some lacing but much more sticking
S: hoppy ... grainy, too, like a cream ale with some citrusy hops; orange; candied orange ... sweet but seems like as much from the hops as the malt; sweet grapefruit; pinch of green grass or cilantro
T: juicy grapefruit candy; very little bitterness ... this is all hop flavor; malt pushing in some extra sweetness; halfway into the glass a little saison earthiness shows up, maybe some lemon peel
F: good middleweight, ale soft with enough drinking carbonation
O: Galaxy hops are awesome ... there's not much about this beer that says "saison" or "farmhouse", but there's no denying the hop flavor is fantastic; I'd rate it about a 4.5 as an American pale ale, maybe 2.5 as a saison; if you love the juicy American pale, this is a must
