This is based on an American Wheat as the brewer describes it: 15 IBU
An American Wheat recipe to be lighter bodies with a dry finish, using only two malts, pilsner and wheat. Then, we added over 2000 pounds of fresh watermelons the we processed into puree at Braxton before adding directly into the fermenter.
A beer that smells like a freshly cut watermelon, and tastes like it too!
